What a sh*tshow London zoo is. Booked tickets for timed slot only to find that there is a 2.5 hour wait in a queue to get in.
Already spent an hour getting here for the ticketed time. Tickets say non-refundable but surely this is false advertisement when you cannot get in at the ticketed time. Got two definitely not happy girls here. Should've been a special holiday outing.

For my birthday, I've helped #LondonZoo staff get a runaway #lemur out of a public area. This was not a pre-booked activity

None of the experts at the Zoological Society of #London had ever heard of a 'Minature giant space #pigeon'.
Thus, they were quite unable to explain way one of their Red River Hogs was just carried off before their eyes… 😳

Spent a lovely day at #LondonZoo making memories. I have to confess, while I will always love the opportunity to see these beautiful animals F2F, as I’ve gotten older I’ve come to see sadness in the eyes of the animals. It’s now a bitter sweet experience these days. I still love to see the animals, but my heart breaks, wishing they had their freedom. Although their habitats are under siege but greedy humans, they’re not safe there either. #ClimateCrisis
