The nearly stationary #LowPressure systems over the #NorthernPlains states and in the #PacificOcean off of the #WesternCanada #BritishColumbia area? No west to east movement anywhere? WTF? There appear to be #HighPressure blocks up and down the #US west coast and southeast extending out into the #Atlantic #Caribbean waters? One big continental hemispheric convergence zone? #Weird.
