The nationalization of #Russian #oil and #gas companies is taking place across #Europe. In particular, #Germany recently announced the nationalization of #Gazprom's subsidiary.

#Italian authorities are ready to nationalize the #ISAB oil refinery in #Sicily, owned by #Lukoil, La Repubblica newspaper.

This is one of the largest refineries in #Europe. It is considered the most important in #Italy. According to available data, the plant covers more than 20% of the country's needs for automotive fuel.

The final decision will be made at a government meeting on December 1.
