Assuming that #software licences are legally general terms and conditions, denying any warranty might, for example, violate Β§ 309 (7) and (8) π©πͺ civil #code.
And since the #MITlicence does not contain a severability clause, the #license might be invalid in whole according to Β§ 139 π©πͺ civil code.
