Since apparently one person thought I was unclear about what one #MLK quote conservatives (politicians, commentators, annoying losers) kept repeating after the #SCOTUS #AffirmativeAction ruling, two examples. Though I thought I was pretty clear bc this is the one they always trot out completely devoid of context and MLK’s actual views. https://mstdn.social/@SarahOestreich/110631360382709714

Today with the #SCOTUS ruling on #AffirmativeAction brought out the conservatives who only know that one quote from #MLK and that’s it. You know the one.

@dieselleech @kataklysm @StillIRise1963 I believe this may have influenced Dr. #King when he wrote about the #whiteModerate as being a greater disappointment and danger than the #klansman, from whom we know exactly what to expect.
