We caught a very clear video clip of a mountain lion passing through the backyard on a wildlife camera last night.

This is pretty wild! We're about 10 minutes from the Northwest corner of Mille Lacs Lake.

Mountain Lions are very rare in Minnesota, especially this part of Minnesota.

I mean we have organized fandoms, lots of well known pros living right here (“Hello, Grandmaster Bujold!” etc.), 2 sf and f specialty bookstores and a horror bookstore and at least 7-10 (depending on how you count) annual cons, plus book clubs, etc. I mean, that’s a LOT of organized book-buying genre readership to tap into. 🤔
