My family arrived from Germany yesterday for their visit (my parents and my 2 cousins) and of course we did a run together - my dad, older cousin and I enjoyed the Canal Canter hosted by Springburn Harriers. A super low key race and I got my 1st last place. The tail bike was really good company and I managed to get back well within the allowed time…a shame there weren’t more slow runners…#MSRunner #ActiveWithMS

After a major dip in motivation (after a really big challenge), dark winter, colds and second round of Covid I kick started my running training again with a walk home and then hill reps at my local park and it felt great #running #MSRunner

First run/Parkrun in a while and it’s chucking it down and I did not pack a rain jacket…Jodie’s chat better be excellent #Running #MSRunner
