I've read different takes on whether #Madtodon will be like the fowl site: some want it to be like twitter and others don't.

Personally, I hope it's a mix, one that's light on the birding aspects.

I haven't been here long, and am finding Mastodon to be a friendly place. I'm actually talking with journalists and artists and it's incredible. This stuff never happened over there.

Also I'm using Tusky and am enjoying it more than the original app.

I think “average usage” would be a more robust measure for calculating #twittermigration.
