This is a terrible read & definitely something I won't watch on Netflix. It reveals something that was visible long ago for people watching #Bulgaria closely & raises the question why the Commission recommended closing the CVM? And why did it stop reporting to the Council and the Parliament? The CVM was established precisely because of such an environment. There are other questions as well in an upcoming article of mine
