The boiling point of H at 1 atmosphere (-247°C) on page 64 disagrees with −252°C from other sources, including this 1981 source, only 5 years later, and a 1952 encyclopaedia. So the world knew -252°C in 1976, except for Pyke.

Amazing. I was expecting to have to hunt around a bit for sexism, racism, medical twaddle, or some such; not to find a basic error in chemistry on the very first random page that I read.
