I've yet to be convinced that the US instituted a #coup in #ukraine in 2014. Such assertions strip any sort of agency from the Ukrainian people, and ignore a long running history of the western part of Ukraine being oriented towards Europe and the eastern part of the country being oriented to the the RSFSR (soviet russia) due to how the USSR developed over the 20th century
