I have to admit that I'm not feeling much love for #MakeNoise XPO and QPAS; cool modules, but not really the sounds I'm looking for. I'll keep them for now (and continue scaling their learning curves), but they'll likely end up on Reverb at some point. Wish I had a Morphagene or #Instruo Arbhar instead.

Any other interesting and expressive VCOs to recommend? So far the only voices in my kit that I really dig are 0-COAST and Maths, of all things.

Found a new use for the #Mordax Data. The #MakeNoise 0-CTRL is a great sequencer, but unquantized. This makes it hard to reproduce a sequence since minor changes in the pitch knob for each step can make huge differences. Mordax Data to the rescue:

I patch the 0-CTRL pitch voltage from each step into the Data's voltage monitor and get voltage readouts to 2-decimal place accuracy. Record values in #Joplin and voila! The sequence can now be dialed back in at any time.
