My kid came home from high school today and said they banned pride flags now because they are political. As a trans student, she is quite upset- as that indicated her safe space and flagged her acceptance. Her existence is not political.

I emailed the school for clarification and if this is true, my public barrage of information on how to support LGBT+ kids and shame this decision will be coming on.
