You are a smooth, rectangular, sweetened pack of mildly tasting nutrients that require zero effort to eat, doesn't need refrigeration or careful storage, and saves me from having to think further than "put rectangle in lunch bag".
You are my default lunch of choice on busy days because you are the easiest thing imaginable to prevent hunger.
