La historia dice que Andrew Loog Oldham encerró a Jagger y Richard en una habitación para que sacaran su primer tema juntos. Pero, paradójicamente, el resultado de esa composición primigenia no la llevarían adelante ellos de manera inmediata. Es que una balada no iba bien con la carrera de blues que en 1964 todavía llevaban adelante. Fue así como el productor decidió darle la posibilidad a una joven que hoy cumple años: #MarianneFaithfull. La adolescente, perteneciente a una familia aristocrática, entraría de la mano de esa canción con gran éxito al mundo del rock, pero durante su extenso recorrido también viviría una gran cantidad de desenfrenos y sinsabores. Mucha agua (y otras cosas) han pasado bajo el puente desde entonces.
