With free ifttt further limiting applets below a useful threshold, I’ve migrated my blog posting workflow to Shortcuts… I do most of my computing life on iPad and sharing to Wordpress, Tumblr, then linking to here works OK that way.
There’s no good Blogging story in iOS/iPadOS right now, and I don’t want to try to save things for later to use @marsedit on my Mac, so this is my best answer. I’m likely to only use #marsedit for historical editing at this point unless it ports over.

@lime_juice_cube I don't have advice except to say I'm in the same boat. My blog at judisohn.com is on #Wordpress too on a cheap personal plan. I don't have the patience to move it to a different host and re-configure it. I can't justify paying $20+ a month just to get plugins and better themes, so I deal with it. It helps that I use #MarsEdit so I don't have to be in the horrible editor as much.
