#Guardian #MartinKettle - best article by him I have ever read. He really nails the nature of the crisis in #British #democracy.

Like I explained in earlier toots, #UK has a #narcissistic system of government. It can't reform itself. It can only be destroyed by disaster or reformed by #charismatic leadership coming in from outside. Charisma hooks the #gradiosity in the system to fuel momentum for reform away from narcissism.

Widen the talent pool to find charismatic leader or democracy dies.
