Picked up a #brisket for #thanksgiving ! We decided in 2021 to be done with the #ThanksgivingTurkey
Last year we did ham, this will be the first year we smoke a brisket.
In 2019, before the #toddlers were born, we drove ~3 hours for thanksgiving day celebrations. It has looked a lot different since the pandemic - and this year is the same. We will celebrate with just our household because #CovidIsNotOver
