I have rules. Once you have lived in seven different decades it lends one a certain gravitas. I’m allowed to pontificate, just as you are allowed to ignore me.

However, I’m a council estate bloke so my rules contain #profanity, in my defence, people who swear have been shown to be more intelligent and honest than their squeaky-clean counterparts, and @stephenfry says it’s ok.
