In #pennsylvania, #Republican gubernatorial candidate #mastriano has still not publicly conceded the election to #democrat Governor-elect #JoshShapiro despite coming in 14% behind Shapiro in the polls. Does this make me angry? No, it was expected. Mastriano is Trump-endorsed election denier who paid to bus his supporters to the Capitol on January 6. He is an anti- #LGBTQA, pro-life, Christian Nationalist. I don’t care that he hasn’t conceded. I’m relieved he didn’t win. #EveryVoteCounts

The media went all in the last few days pushing the narrative that Republicans were going to run away with the #midterms.

Today there's a lot of joy going around that the #Democrats did better than they should ever have done given the political environment and traditional #politics of midterms.

And I am very glad, particularly here in #Pennsylvania where #Shapiro defeated #Mastriano meaning the Republican legislature will continue to be stymied.
