Cantor’s Theorem ‘proves’ that the cardinality of the power set of the natural numbers P(N) is strictly larger than the cardinality of N itself and that the power set is ‘uncountable’. Except it doesn’t. There exists a bijection between N and P(N) showing that the latter is countable. I will provide a proof for anyone that doubts this.

So Rishi Sunak wants to extend mandatory maths lessons through to 18. I think he only loves maths so much as it allows him to count all his millions in the bank to the smallest unit possible.

Also good luck finding all these new teachers to do more maths classes, when you aren't willing to pay the ones you've got, and also forcing children that dislike maths as it is, to keep in these classes later than they can go and join the military.

Govt being stupid again. You can't suddenly get 16-18 year olds to understand maths. Throw resources and teachers at 5-7 year olds so they switch on it and extra help for those who need it so the next 10 years at school aren't a flippin waste
