As people age they do face more barriers to employment, despite the fact that they have more #lifeExperience to impart.

#MedicalCosts do also go up.

We are not talking a huge disparity. Eg. 500/mnth for one child 750 for two. 750 max.

800/mnth at 18 yo but quickly goes up to 1400 by the time they turn 40, then up slower to 1600 as they approach 80 yo.

Eg, built-in pension.

Its normal to give less to less experienced. Existing laws and instruments do that and noone cares.
