Reading this article, Canada appears as a microcosm of what Twitter has become. That said--what's happened to Canada's medical system? This is horrifying. It used to be--and in some ways, still is--far better than the one in the USA. I've read that their medical services are underfunded. Is that true? If you have articles about that, please share them.
