Or, more likely, low-level employees or contractors tasked with building it did see the problem, and maybe even said something, but #management #ignored it.

Tatsächlich war der Montag voller Meetings. Wer aber meint, dass das Zeitverschwendung ist, irrt. Denn erstens ist das eine einfache Art, Geld zu verdienen und zweitens – noch viel wichtiger – kann man die kommenden Aufgaben mit dem Team besprechen, um spätestens am Dienstag effektiv arbeiten zu können. 💪
