Really interesting article on a study comparing the capacity of different menstrual products—including period underwear and discs/cups which had not previously been included in standards. (Discs win in terms of most capacity and are more sustainable.)

I particularly enjoyed the first piece about Anum Khalid and Bushra Mahnoor, students of architectural engineering and psychology respectively.
