It seems one is supposed to do an #introduction before posting so here’s mine: I’m a professor of law at #LSULaw. I research in the areas of #mergers and #corporategovernance and am currently focused on new generations of #retailinvestors and their power to transform #corporations. I’m still trying to figure out this platform - like how on earth do I access it from an app as opposed to having to use safari? It’s perplexing to me!
