I don't blame #MhairiBlack AT ALL for wanting out at this point. #Westminster is stressful; and politics as a whole is stressful, so it's not like moving to #Holyrood would solve every problem.

She's a great asset to the #SNP and independence movement, but she is human and it's absolutely her choice, regardless of how disappointed others may be.

What better way of proving #GaryLineker right about comparisons between the dehumanising rhetoric of the #Tory government and #1930s Germany rhetoric than for the state broadcaster to silence him for calling it out?

As I noticed in my own case when I had an attempted pile-on from Yoons on the bird site for saying similar things a few weeks ago along with a #MhairiBlack quote about #fascism, the far right really don't like being called far right.

Can people tell me about the 'Yoons'? I mean, I know the basics - they're pro-Unionist (by definition), tend to support a certain team 😉 , are very anti-Catholic and have very bigoted attitudes in general.

I'm curious because a few of them attempted a pile-on of me on the bird site over a tweet from weeks ago in which I quoted a #MhairiBlack speech.

It was instigated by Yoons and all their followers seem to be crackpots, kippers, conspiraloons and far-right weirdos. Are they all like this?

I don't know if #MhairiBlack will run for SNP leader and First Minister, but I am full of admiration for this woman.

She's absolutely bang on in this quote. I have been observing with alarm for some time how the UK - England in particular - has been on a trajectory that looks more like early 1930s Germany by the day.

The decent people of the UK need leaders like Mhairi Black and, even more importantly, we need a new MOVEMENT to offer a clear, positive, inclusive alternative to the hatemongers
