"One of the most efficient EVs available today is the Tesla Model 3. It can travel around 3.2 miles per kwH. In other words, it needs to use about 312 watt-hours to travel one mile. By comparison, over 4,500 miles my ebike has used about 11.7 watt-hours for each mile. That means the e-bike uses less than 4% as much electricity as the EV."

Swapping all cars to EVs is not feasible or efficient. E-bikes and #micromobility are the answer to transformative transportation.

Got the note that my building's by-laws have been temporarily modified to require #ebikes to be in apartments. This is at least allowing them in the building. #bikenyc Buildings need to learn to live with #micromobility. There should be guidance from #NYC or the feds but there is none.

Ok. Hopping on #micromobility. E-bikes didn’t work since I need to combine with public transportation segments (and don’t mention folding abominations). Runcommuting is great but not for every day. So.

What #MicroMobility needs is synchronized & coordinated European approach.
Guaranteeing safety for every single road user is the top priority.
Citizens’ safety and security could be provided only by rules and their proper enforcement.
