@adam #itm #midazolam I've got a 9 month old in palliative care with a neuromuscular condition we use midazolam and morphine in combination with Oxygen at home to calm him down if he starts to struggle to breath, the idea is to stop him from panicking/freeking out and causing his chest muscles to run to exhaustion, its not fun but for him its saved his life a few times.
