Had a great time at this obscure screening at #TIFF #midnightmadness + book signing with Kier La-janisse.

This 1975 restored movie (Trompe L’Oeil) hits like a ton of bricks, a bit of a slow-mo Rosemary’s Baby and a maddening voyage in the labyrinth of the mind. Cinematography is absolutely stunning and to think this is an unreleased French/Belgian tv movie production.
