Speaking of pictures, Mastodon is focused on accessibility, please add #AltTags to your pictures and make sure to use #CamelCase (capitalising the start of words in hashtags, which helps screen readers)

If you want to find someone you can use the 🔍 but ensure you specify the instance: @name@instance.domain . We can all also use a hashtag like #TwitterMidwives although here, it's called a toot, so maybe we should be #MidwivesToot
