Just hurled my guts up, thanks to being woken by migraine head pain this morning, feeling slightly better now. So weird that vomiting makes you feel better.

Not the best nights sleep, woke up at 2am with head pain, took painkillers, thinking maybe I should have taken abortive 🤦🏼‍♀️ will try a bit of gentle exercise to see how head reacts & more pain meds & anti nausea meds too. #ChronicMigraine #Migraine #MigraineNausea
