The left-wing covers itself in no glory once again.

The Bulgarian Socialist Party tried to veto the free provision of armaments, equipment and ammunition to Ukraine. President Radev refused to veto, but it seems only because of a matter of procedure. He also called politicians supporting the military aid, "warmongerers".

Are there any experts on Bulgarian politics who can explain what's going on? It's not a country I know a lot about.
