#Minion or #bollard ? @worldbollard

Anyone using minKNOW v 22.10.10? I've got a base caller problem... Guppy not recognised (Its the GPU version). Other people on the release notes page reporting the same.

* Can I install standalone Guppy and point minKNOW at it somehow?
* Or should it run if i disable live basecalling?

Tech support haven't answered me yet but I assume it's a proper problem if multiple users affected 😅

@ChristosArgyrop Oh, interesting! I've been so focused on getting *more* reads (we're waiting on our P2 right now) that I probably haven't thought enough about flongles for method development. Right now I just use mostly-spent #MinION cells (<300 pores), but at ~$65 a #flongle we should clearly be doing that. Nice tip!
