The #MinimumWagesEU Directive came about with support from the @EUCouncil @EU_Commission & @europarl_en legal services. Extensive legal checks were carried out during the process.

So, I am very curious to hear Denmark's arguments to test this Directive.

Europe is in a #CostOfLivingCrisis. So, Member States should rapidly enact the #MinimumWagesEU Directive!

Any Member State is free to go to the #CJEU, but it should not lead to a delay of the implementation.

People simply cannot afford to wait!
