Something I learned today from @roblevine82 on the bird site: The StarTribune is owned by Republican billionaire Glen Taylor(1), and the President & CEO of MPR's parent company is his daughter Jean Taylor(2).

I honestly thought MPR was a more liberal alternative to the Strib but... I guess not
