This is too funny.

The #Mintbook is a repurposed/rebuilt former Chromebook and, currently has #LinuxMint 64 bit Cinnamon with the Ubuntu package base on it.

I checked to see if I could install LMDE on it and discovered I couldn't.

Well, that won't happen for the #Mintbook. It will not install. The installer will ask if I want partitions made. When I say ye, the installer application gets auto killed by the OS.

LMDS4 will not install onto the Mintbook, a repurposed Chromebook (another reason it won't install being a Chromebook piece of hardware.)

Giving serious consideration that when #linuxmint Debian Edition (LMDE) 5 is released to, more or less, upgrade my daily driver machine and my #Mintbook I use as a webcam viewer (I like the one in North Conway).

I'll be putting LMDE 4 onto the Minebook so I can see if an easy upgrade selection appears in the Linux Mint update manager.

Although #TheAnKorage has a birdsite presence, it is used, only via a VPN and containerized connection.

However, after telling White Mountains TV of the #chromebook to #LinuxMint #MintBook conversion, it gave a very appreciated nod to us.

Did some more cosmetic work on the #MintBook . It looks so fine! Shot it with another coat of paint and a thick coat of clear. This is good practice.
