Hitting #London soon to look at #GeorgeScharf #Regency drawings at #BritishMuseum. I don't know any other artist who's so interested in the minutiae of what's happening on the streets, especially shop fronts - just look at the detail of the butcher's shop. Also a picture of Gracechurch Street where Mr & Mrs Gardiner lived in #PrideandPrejudice. Gorgeous drawing but you can see why #MissBingley turned her nose up at the neighbourhood.

I am ridiculously excited by this opportunity.
