As I’m editing my 9 yr olds grammar, I could see that he was struggling with the corrections I was making.

We brought out his Dino toys so that he could fix sequence errors. We talked about how drafts are suppose to have lots of , that it’s suppose to suck, & how the happens in the editing. I could see his spirits lifting.

I’m sure I’m the future he will remember our sessions & making stories together. I hope he also remembers that mistakes are part of the .
