I predict nobody will go to gaol for this #PPE #Scandal - but they should.

It illustrates a general point - that crimes committed by the poor are punished harshly (remember the London looter sent to gaol for stealing a packet of fags) whilst the rich are merely chased for compensation (sometimes) if they steal millions.

If the facts are as per the allegations, #Mone is a thief and a fraudster, plain and simple, and should be gaoled.
