Just watched "Moneyball" again.

This movie is one of the best movies I've ever watched and it tells me how D&A (data and analytics) works in an organization.

To take advantages of D&A is to change an organization and it must be the change management in general.

It reminds me that I have wanted to be like "Billy Beane".

Haven't seen it mentioned here yet but it has already been widely reported that Judge is staying w/the Yanks and has or will be signing a 9 yr/$360M contract to do so.

IMO, that's fine because I prefer the #Moneyball approach to building a team and the $360M the the Giants reportedly also offered Judge can go a long way to doing that.

@MarioERoc @mattmaison Between #Moneyball and the Big Short, Lewis has really done a great job sharing stories of individuals succeeding by making decisions based on numbers and not built in bias. #Freakonomics was a cool book because that was what they did. They took readers through all kinds of different spaces and how the numbers led to angles that might have been counter-intuitive.

You're losers and losers don't get to party." That's how I feel about the liberal commentariat and #MSNBC.
