I’ve always had body image issues as I was incessantly bullied through school. But know I’m finally starting to feel comfortable with my body and trying to improve myself. I find the idea of going to the gym too daunting… but does anyone have any #homeworkout tips? Apologies if these photos are not appreciated. Getting nice feedback is keeping me #motivated!
