Here's a wild idea: Setting up a video chat and doing workouts from #darebee (https://darebee.com ) together. I'd picture something light, no-equipment that takes about 30 minutes, maybe including a light warmup and some stretching.
How about the hashtag #WorkOutTogether? Or #FediGym?
I'd only need a video chat service that works with shitty rural German internet and isn't Skype.

After that, I took about 20 minutes to stretch and foam roll.
I just love strength training, and even my former dislike for core strength exercises is getting milder. But I dread cardio stuff at the moment.
It's time for a workout. Off to pump some iron!

I did #ywahome day 10 with the wife yesterday.
Nice, slow session with a bit of leg strength. Standing and hands-free.
My #MoveIt2020 things for today: Biking to town hall to renew my ID card, stopping by the store on the way back, doing several hours of cleaning up, probably assembling furniture later tonight.
Oh, and I did about 12 minutes of Kundalini yoga this morning.
As I had assumed, today was a day with pretty little in the way of sports. Did a very light 13-minute Kundalini Yoga session in the morning, then a lot of walking (might have been over 2 hours on my feet) and closed off things with the last day of the #Darebee Power Grip challenge.

I walked a fair bit today, as I will tomorrow. Other than that, I didn't do any #MoveIt2020 stuff, and I won't for the coming few days (probably until Friday), because there's a *lot* of stuff I'm taking care of. Among other things, I'm finally going to go to driving school (I intend to sign up tomorrow) and we're getting a large piece of new furniture on Thursday.
Good lord! First of all shoutout to the yoga mat for actually doing what it was supposed to do, meaning I didn't start slipping when I started sweating.
I also learned that I'm too fat and inflexible and unfit for western fitness yoga and I hope #YWAhome will get easier because I basically just died. My ghost is typing this.
But I did it so now I'm officially taking part in #MoveIt2020
