Struck by Covid straight after beig jabbed for flu. So missed the #Multan conclusion. In my delirium, with ration thought prohibited by the mother of migraines, I lay in the dark praying for relief, sleep. I was in bed, not eating (vomiting). Thought turned to Multan. Well-balanced. A. I kept faith. B. A loss is such close game is no shame. Knowing it was over, I couldn’t bear the light of the iPhone screen. Only today did I learn what I already knew. #EnglandSpecialTeam

To my knowledge getting a #duck in 1st-class #cricket and then in the 2nd #innings being 0* at the fall of the last wicket isn’t a thing. (Then again, nor until D2, here was having the ball shined on a bald man’s head!) On to #Multan. I’d love to go to #Pakistan #PAKvENG. Loved an account of the road trip for both teams from #Rawalpindi. A lot of credit has to go to #RobKey for his bold appointment of #BrendonMcCullum. Out-of-the-box thinking. #BenStokes may have seemed a more of obvious choice as captain. But even then #Stokes came across immediately as someone with nothing short of revolution in mind. #Cricket Can’t wait til Friday. Both are weakened teams!
