Gave a talk about legal concerns with municipal stormwater utilities yesterday to a room of engineers and flood managers. Really like working for an interdisciplinary institute where we can approach complex issues from different perspectives. I think integrating concepts of legal authority at the start makes for more efficient project planning. And I’m always learning new things!
