A few people have suggested Musk's tweet was not authentic. I can no longer find its source, so either he deleted it, or it was spoofed; so I've now replaced it. In any case this is indicative of the state of affairs on Twitter right now where anything is possible since the moderators are now mostly gone.

The question though, remains: why are governments, government organizations and politicians still keeping their account there?
