#Ford's electric #MustangMachE is piling up on dealer lots as the automaker confronts an #EV-inventory problem
Out of the 9,092 Mustang Mach-Es for sale across the country as of this writing, 61.5 percent (5,596) of those had been sitting for over 30 days. Mach-E sales were down 21 percent in Q2 of 2023 compared to the same time in 2022. Ford is targeting EV production of 600,000 vehicles this year.

4) #BlueCruise (Ford's self driving feature) really is a road tripping game changer. I want nearly as tired from driving as I normally am after a 3.5 hour drive.

Anyway, the car is awesome! Highly recommend.

2) When we got there, we still had enough juice to take a few quick joy rides to show off the car to my rural family that have never ridden in an electric car.

3) We plugged in a 120v wall outlet at my mom's. Took two full days to charge the car from about 25% to 95%.

My wife and I got a #MustangMachE in September (placed the order for the vehicle in February). It's primarily a commuting car for me, but this weekend we took it on our first road trip to my mother's, 185 mile drive to Abilene, Texas.

1) the range estimates were spot on. We never got worried at all and could have made it the whole trip without stopping, but decided to stop by a quick charge location in between anyway.

I just noticed that my 2023 Mustang Mach-E Premium eAWD in the limited Vapor Blue was built on Friday and is in transit to my dealer already! I might be able to pick it up in the next couple weeks and can't wait to see how it compares to my Model Y. I have a feeling we might be a fully electric family soon.
