Most businesses in my field of #massage are doing the opposite right now… 😬
I #N95 #mask in every session so I can protect my most vulnerable clients.
I wrote if wearing a procedure mask (which I will provide) or better (you can bring an N95or KN95 from home!) is an issue for you, then we are NOT a good match as therapist/client.

I am the only one with an #N95 mask on while exercising. 💯
People who say that masking during exercise can make you "more tired" is misinformed. If you use an appropriate and comfortable mask such as the 3M Vflex or 3M Aura or any N95 that is breathable, you can stay #CovidSafe during workouts. 😊

- COVID safe to the absolute max. ✅
- Medical trauma informed. ✅
- Autism awareness without infantilism. ✅
Also respected my wish for extraction rather than repair. ✅
And my partner was able to be there with me literally "in my corner", I could see them, quietly "being there" for me. 💜
So, here's to self-advocacy and speaking up, calmly, even when you're body and mind are broiling with "all the things".

It has zoomed up -- nearly quadrupled -- since Dec 21. The level is approaching where it was a year ago, which was an extreme peak. From the looks of a different chart, it appears the BQ and XBB variants are taking over.
