The ex-head of the #NBU was arrested in absentia without the right to make bail.

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has taken #KyryloShevchenko into custody in absentia in the #Ukrgasbank case.

The ruling opens the way for him to be included in the Interpol database, without which it is impossible to extradite him. In case of return to #Ukraine, he must be detained at the border and taken to court within 48 hours.
