Oh and that earlier Toot! I had to make a correction -- it's an #NCA22 paper on #eudaimonia and #gaming but it wasn't an award paper. Corrected slide samples, below .. and of course, always down to chat more about the "deeper side" of video games. Maybe you'll be in New Orleans next week?

Very geeked to be presenting at #NCA22 next week on our team's deep dive into #Retrogaming and #nostalgia research. We found that when younger players directly engage with novel retrogames (i.e., they they've never played before), those who identify as gamers and who appreciate the experience feel a stronger connection to the history of gaming! Happy to share the full deck, on request. Paper is still under review. =)
